\u7ed3\u679c\u53d1\u73b0\uff0c295 \u4efd\u80bf\u7624\u6076\u6027\u80f8\u6c34\u6837\u672c\u4e2d\u6709 116 \u4efd\u53ef\u4ee5\u68c0\u6d4b\u51fa EGFR \u7a81\u53d8\uff0839.3%\uff09\uff0c\u80bf\u7624\u6076\u6027\u80f8\u6c34\u7ed3\u679c\u4e0e\u7ec4\u7ec7\u68c0\u6d4b\u7ed3\u679c\u7684\u4e00\u81f4\u6027\u4e3a 87.1%\uff08Kappa = 0.71\uff09\u3002\u4ee5\u80bf\u7624\u7ec4\u7ec7\u4e2d\u7684 EGFR \u68c0\u6d4b\u7ed3\u679c\u4e3a\u6807\u51c6\uff0c\u80bf\u7624\u6076\u6027\u80f8\u6c34\u6837\u672c EGFR \u7a81\u53d8\u68c0\u6d4b\u7684\u654f\u611f\u5ea6\u4e3a 71.4%\u3001\u7279\u5f02\u5ea6\u4e3a 96.5%\uff0c\u80fd\u591f\u8f83\u597d\u5730\u53cd\u6620\u80bf\u7624\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7684 EGFR \u7a81\u53d8\u60c5\u51b5\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5728 219 \u540d\u63a5\u53d7\u4e86 EGFR-TKI \u6cbb\u7597\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u4e2d\uff0c\u4ee5\u80bf\u7624\u6076\u6027\u80f8\u6c34\u3001\u80bf\u7624\u7ec4\u7ec7\u6216\u8840\u6d46\u68c0\u6d4b\u51fa EGFR \u7a81\u53d8\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u5ba2\u89c2\u7f13\u89e3\u7387\uff0857.6% vs 56.0% vs 47.4%, p = 0.51\uff09\u3001PFS\uff088.9 \u6708 vs 9.0 \u6708 vs 7.7 \u6708, p = 0.077\uff09\u4ee5\u53ca\u603b\u751f\u5b58\u671f\uff0829.8 \u6708 vs 25.9 \u6708 vs 25.3 \u6708, p = 0.33\uff09\u7684\u7ed3\u679c\u76f8\u8fd1\uff0c\u8868\u660e\u80bf\u7624\u6076\u6027\u80f8\u6c34\u53ef\u4ee5\u4f5c\u4e3a\u80bf\u7624\u7ec4\u7ec7\u6807\u672c\u7684\u66ff\u4ee3\u7269\u68c0\u6d4b EGFR \u7a81\u53d8\u5e76\u80fd\u591f\u6709\u6548\u5730\u6307\u5bfc\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u6cbb\u7597\uff0c\u4f5c\u4e3a\u665a\u671f\u80ba\u817a\u764c\u60a3\u8005 EGFR-TKI \u7528\u836f\u51b3\u7b56\u7684\u53c2\u8003\u3002<\/p>\n

\u6076\u6027\u80f8\u8154\u79ef\u6db2\u662f\u665a\u671f NSCLC \u60a3\u8005\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u75c7\u72b6\uff0c\u83b7\u5f97\u8f83\u4e3a\u5bb9\u6613\u3002\u5e94\u7528\u80f8\u8154\u79ef\u6db2\u4e0d\u4ec5\u53ef\u8fdb\u884c\u5e38\u89c4\u7684\u75c5\u7406\u8bca\u65ad\uff0c\u8fd8\u4e3a\u5b9e\u65bd EGFR \u57fa\u56e0\u7a81\u53d8\u68c0\u6d4b\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u53ef\u80fd\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n
