OMCLs release three methods for determination of NDMA in sartans<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n

Since early July 2018 Official Medicines Control Laboratories (OMCLs) of the General European OMCL Network (GEON) have been involved in investigations and actions to address the issues related to the detection of N-nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA) in valsartan. The Network has meanwhile developed methods for the specific testing of nitrosamines in sartans on the basis different analytical principles.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u81ea<\/span>2018<\/span>\u5e74<\/span>7<\/span>\u6708\u521d\u5f00\u59cb\uff0c<\/span>OMCL<\/span>\u53c2\u4e0e\u4e86\u8c03\u67e5\u548c\u884c\u52a8\u89e3\u51b3\u7f2c\u6c99\u5766\u4e2d\u68c0\u51fa<\/span>NDMA<\/span>\u4e8b\u4ef6\u3002\u8be5\u7f51\u7edc\u540c\u65f6\u5f00\u53d1\u4e86\u57fa\u4e8e\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u5206\u6790\u539f\u7406\u7684\u6c99\u5766\u4e2d\u4e9a\u785d\u80fa\u7269\u7279\u5b9a\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Three of these methods – established by the Irish OMCL inthe Public Analyst\u2019s Laboratory in Galway (PALG), by the French OMCL at the ANSM site in Montpellier and the German OMCL at the Chemisches undVeterin\u00e4r-Untersuchungsamt (CVUA) Karlsruhe  on behalf of the Network – are now publicly available and can be accessed via the following links- PALG method, ANSM method and CVUA Karlsruhe method.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u8fd9\u4e9b\u65b9\u6cd5\u4e2d\u7684<\/span>3<\/span>\u4e2a<\/span>\u2014<\/span>\u7531\u7231\u5c14\u5170<\/span>OMCL<\/span>\uff08<\/span>PALG<\/span>\uff09\u3001\u6cd5\u56fd<\/span>ANSM<\/span>\u7684<\/span>OMCL<\/span>\u548c\u5fb7\u56fd<\/span>CVUA<\/span>\u7684<\/span>OMCL<\/span>\u4ee3\u8868\u7f51\u7edc\u5f00\u53d1<\/span>\u2014<\/span>\u76ee\u524d\u53d1\u5e03\u53ef\u901a\u8fc7\u4ee5\u4e0b\u94fe\u63a5\u4e0b\u8f7d\uff1a<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    The PALG method<\/span> is based on Headspace-GC-MS (single quad) and applicable to the determination of NDMA in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) and corresponding powdered tablets of the sartan group. <\/span>\uff08\u9876\u7a7a<\/span>GC-MS<\/span>\uff08\u5355\u56db\u6781\u6746\uff09\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u53ef\u7528\u4e8e\u68c0\u6d4b\u6c99\u5766\u7c7b<\/span>API<\/span>\u53ca\u5bf9\u5e94\u7c89\u672b\u7247\u5242\u4e2d<\/span>NDMA<\/span>\uff09<\/span>https:\/\/www.edqm.eu\/sites\/default\/files\/omcl-ndma-method-palg-ie-september2018.pdf<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n
