IHC \u4e3b\u8981\u662f\u68c0\u6d4b 4 \u4e2a\u5df2\u77e5 MMR \u86cb\u767d\uff08MLH1\u3001MSH2\u3001MSH6 \u548c PMS2\uff09\uff0c\u5982\u679c 4 \u4e2a\u86cb\u767d\u4e2d \u2265 1 \u4e2a\u4e0d\u8868\u8fbe\uff0c\u80bf\u7624\u53ef\u80fd\u4e3a MSI-H[5]<\/sup>\u3002IHC \u4fbf\u5b9c\u6613\u884c\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u6f0f\u6389\u4e00\u4e9b\u5176\u4ed6 MMR \u86cb\u767d\u5f15\u8d77\u7684\u5f02\u5e38\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u7531\u4e8e\u80bf\u7624\u7684\u5f02\u8d28\u6027\uff0c\u6574\u4e2a\u80bf\u7624\u7684\u8bc4\u5206\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u4e0d\u4e00\u81f4\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n
